how to create a web to access phpmyadmin

dear all,
im using plesk 7.5.6 with windows server 2003.
curent component:
phpMyAdmin 2.6.0-pl3
MySQL 4.1.12


now i want to create a weblink for my phpmyadmin without going through control panel.
eg:
http://phpmyadmin.mydomain.com
how can this be done ?

Install PHP my admin on any Static IP. and set a phpMYAdmin DNS A record to phpMyAdmin's site IP. This is likely what you need to do,
