Question How to create additional admin user?

How can I create an additional admin user for top level plesk administration? (not reseller or customer level)

I found this article:

But my tools & settings > security menu item did not show Additional Administrator Accounts option. (I have login with my top level admin account).

pls. visit and bookmark ( you don't provide your actual used Plesk version, so I have to add different links for Plesk 12.0 AND 12.5 ):

You might find it very usefull to SEARCH with keywords at these documentations, because they are very detailed.

In addition, pls. be informed, that the user "root" or "admin" are the only REAL root - administrators on your Plesk Control Panel. You will see the sub-menu-item "Additional Administrator Accounts" under "Home > Tools & Settings > Security" only, when you are logged in with one of these two user - names.
