how to create blog and forum

I want to create blog and forum on my website. But i don't know how.. I have uploaded PHPBB for forum and serendipity for blog but i don't know how to setup all these thing on the server.

This is going to sound cold, but you need to read the instructions that come with the packages.

Second of all, your in a forum for Plesk - which has nothing to do with installing either of those applications if you are not using the application vault to do it.

You should be asking either the vendors themselves for assistance, or your webhost.
