How to create email alias via command

Is there a way to setup a mailbox via command (e.g. postmaster@domain) when a domain is created?
 
You can use the mailmng tool and the Plesk event handlers (Server > Event manager) to automate this for you

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mailmng --help
