how to create redirection

Redirection issue.
I want that the visitor those are visiting/fetching certain page/file should be redirected to another website or to another file/ web-page on the same site. I found the article on the net ( http://kb.odin.com/3410 ) which is solution of my problem. But I don't know where to find "Quick Access ".

Mentioned KB article is for Parallels H-Sphere product but not for Plesk. Is your question about Plesk?
