How to create virtual directory in Plesk 10.2.0

Good, you know how I can create a virtual directory in Plesk?.

The point is that I have two sites set up a private area and website management. Would need from the web that could access files which are in the private area using virtual directories.

This is that IIS is easy to create, but Plesk have not seen it ever, I am a relative novice with Plesk ...

I need your help. My plesk is the v. 10.2.0
