How to decrease LOAD and CPU of Apache in PLESK?

Hello,

how is a good solution for RLIMIT and CPU limit in Apache/Plesk?

Has someone do that and can give us an example for working?

We have such problems, that many scripts under our VPS/Plesk server is making high load and cpu.

We tried to add in httpd.conf:

RlimitCPU 6
RlmitNPROC 12

But we see no affect, Apache processes rise up over 60% cpu.
