Issue How to disable Plesk Cookies by default?

Hello there is this new Plesk Cookie Message which can be disabled, but I think disabling the message will not disable the cookies. How can to disable all the cookies and only allow the necessary cookies? I don't like to disturb my customers with this message and I also don’t like Plesk to allow collect data.
