How to disable the Create account without template?

Hi,

I have created several template for my client and I want them to use those templates when they create new domains in there client (reseller) account.
But after I have created a new client, if I log into his account I can add new domain and select 'Create domain without template' instead of using my templates by default.

Is there a way to disable this option of 'Create domain without template'?
