How to disable web users add

Hello,
in my Plesk Panel i retrive
Websites & Domains > Web users > Add New Web User

How can disable it?

Just set in to 0 for subscription resource "Web users"

Ok only in subscription?

You can define it in Service Plan and all new subscriptions will be created with this value.

you can customize the subscription and change the "Web users" to 0
