Question How to edit remote access to mysql?

Hello fellas, recently we had an invasion into our server,

how can i change the remote access to database mysql to all subscriptions in same time?

there is 3 options only localhost, specific ip and All
i would like to change this.

as I understand you want to close the port for external log in. Simply use firewall for this ... close the port for external usage and open only for internal IP.
