i want to enable gzip for site me , but not enabled

My site on Windows Server 2012 virtual server setup and I installed Plesk control panel's
But I can not I enable GZIP into it , Such as to enable the Parallels installed ok but unfortunately he should not install nginx ,
How do I enable GZIP I got for my site?
Please help me, I could not turn my 4 days
