how to enable mod_rewrite

I am having windws 2008r2 with plesk 10.3
Please let me know how to enable mod_rewrite on windows plesk.

mod_rewrite is equal to Microsoft's IIS Rewrite module. Download and install IIS URL Rewrite module for IIS7 and IIS 7.5. If you're using IIS6 I don't know what to tell you.
