• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hello Support,

We would like to request your confirmation on the feasibility of supporting the following backup frequencies for our hosting plans:

Starter, Growth, and Pro plans: 2 daily backups
Scale plan: 4 daily backups

Please also note that the incremental backup retention period has been finalized as 14 days for all hosting plans and 4 weekly full backup.

Kindly review and confirm whether the above backup schedule can be supported from the Plesk side. Please also let us know if there are any limitations, recommendations, or configuration requirements that we should consider for both Windows and Linux Plesk server.

If the above Plan wise setup is not possible, please let us know other ways to setup 2 daily backup for all the plans.

Awaiting your confirmation.
