I want connect mssql on php but i can't enable function mssql_connect.

Do you mean, You want to user remote MS SQL Server for your site ?

I want connect mssql on php scripts. but after connect it show error >>>>Fatal error: Call to undefined function mssql_connect() in /var/www/vhosts/xxxxxx/httpdocs/testconnect.php on line 9

You can try to install php-mssql from epel repository - http://thebitstream.co.uk/helpful-stuff/install-mssql-on-centos-6
