• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Question How to Filter Database Servers Available to Plesk Subscriptions

OWEUX LLC

Basic Pleskian
Hello!

Thank you in advance for your ideas on this issue.

Some of our Clients have their own separate database servers (AWS) which are meant to be "PRIVATE" and for their own use only. We can connect successfully and it all works just 'fine'.

The issue that we have is that when a user creates a NEW database or WP (or any app) all available servers can be selected. We would like to limit these "PRIVATE" database servers to their owner (subscriber) rather than letting anyone choose any one server at creation time and hope they choose the right one.

I hope this image illustrates the issue:
