• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

How to fix "Unable to load object of type PhDomain with id=1: Domain does not exist."

DocF

New Pleskian
Hi,

I want to call.
/usr/local/psa/bin/server_pref -u -crontab-secure-shell "/bin/sh"
and get
Unable to load object of type PhDomain with id=1: Domain does not exist.

Ho can it get fixed? It's a Plesk 11.0.9 upgraded from Plesk 10.

Thx,
Christian

It is database inconsistency. There is no record for domain ID 1 in 'domains' table but corresponding record exists in 'hosting' table. Try to remove this record from 'hosting' table if you are absolutely sure thad domain doesn't exist or contact Support Team if you are not familiar with SQL.

Thank you very much. "SUCCESS: Server preferences are successfully updated" after deleting the inconsistent record from hosting. To find such records try this:
SELECT
*
FROM
hosting h
WHERE
h.dom_id NOT IN (
SELECT
d.id
FROM
domains d
)
