Question How to generate custom dns

Hi i create my custom dns ns1.gamezsoft.com and ns2.gamezsoft.com then when i added these dns on my godaddy domain. there i received error these dns not available. I read on google you need to add

default ip on ns1.gamezsoft.com
custom created ip ns2.gamezsoft.com

Curttenly I'm adding default ip on both dns nameserver
default ip on ns1.gamezsoft.com
default ip on ns2.gamezsoft.com

I'm new in plesk i don't know how to create custom ip and add it new dns nameserver
