Question How to give Reseller permission to use Plesk Migrator Extension?

Title says it all.
Plesk Obsidian has Plesk Migrator installed and available to Administrator. I need to delegate this to a Reseller. The reseller is set up apparently to use

" If you want to provide all available applications, then you do not need to do anything on this tab, just go to the Permissions tab and select the Access to Application Catalog option."

Now, This setting is set: Reseller apparently has access to Application Catalog on the permissions tab as well as all other things. But their log in has no access to the Extensions area.

How do I give my reseller access to the Administrator Extensions?

Hi,

Only the admin user or additional admin accounts will be able to use the Plesk Migrator. The reseller can backup the subscription on the source, download it (setting a password) and import it onto your server.

You can add the source server to the Plesk Migrator and migrate the subscriptions for the customer. For access the reseller can provide you with the root user password or you can provide the root user public key to your reseller to set it in the source server root user .ssh/authorized_keys

To extend; When I log in as reseller why can't my reseller see any extensions options on the menu? The tickbox for their reseller account has the "Access to Application Catalog " ticked. But they don't seem to be able to reach this. I am assuming they can have access to the Catalog or at least some of the catalog items (unlike Plesk Migrator)?

Sounds easier I just make them a fellow admin to be honest.

Hi,

The extension catalog and application catalog are 2 distinct things.

The application catalog is the 1-click installer for various web applications, like WordPress, Drupal, etc.

The migration has to be performed by the admin user or additional admin users. The reseller can have subscriptions and/or customers. It's a limited Plesk user.
