• Debian 11 has reached its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.81 is the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hello,
is it possible to inhibit the SMTP service for a specific service plan?
I would like to offer the service as an option, but i can't find how to setup my Plesk to protect SMTP service.
I googled around the web and on this forum, but i wasn't able to find a solution.
I'm working on Plesk Panel 10.3.0 on Linux Ubuntu.
Thank you very much in advance!

I believe the only way is to not create e-mail addresses for that domain. But I expect you need to have POP3 services just not SMTP. I'm 99% sure there is no other way directly in Plesk. It is possible, but you will need to SSH into your server and start mucking around with configuration files that will most likely be re-written any time you make a change in Plesk regarding the mail services.
