How to install Wildcard SSL certificate across subdomains?

I have a wildcard SSL certificate eg *.server.com which is valid for all subdomains of server.com.

I'd like to set up each hosted domain with a domain alias of the form:

domain1.com > alias domain1.server.com
domain2.com > alias domain2.server.com

I'd then like to use the wildcard certificate for all domains on the server, and if https access is required access a domain using its domain alias which matches the SSL certificate for the server.
eg for domain1.com use https://domain1.server.com

I'm wanting this primarily for secure logins, without having to set up a separate IP address for each domain.

I'm using Plesk 10.2 on CentOS 5.x

Is this possible, and if so, how do I go about implementing it? So far I haven't seemed to be able to find any way to make it work via the panel, but maybe it needs to be done manually via the terminal?
