How to integrate mpc-files

Hello,

please help me. We use Plesk for Windows 7.5.6 on a WinServer2003.
I want to integrate mpc-files (audio) in a customer-website for download.
But on access to the file there came an 404-error (file not found).
When i renamed the file in a txt-file the download works fine.
But how it work with mpc (or other unknown files)?

you should extend MIME map of the customer-website

Of course.
But can i expand MIME-Types without an installation of the MPC-Programm?
I only want to download MPC-Files from the website. Bute there still came an 404-error.

you may register any MIME type in IIS irrelative of any programms... you may register new MIME type for customer-website on Plesk > Domains > "customer-website" > Web Directories > MIME Types
