The default Let's Encrypt certificate for securing Plesk is only valid for the hostname. You can change the default certificate for Plesk to an already issued certificate from another domain. Go Tools & Settings > Security > SSL/TLS Certificates and click the "change" button to select a certificate from another domain. However, you can only select one certificate.
