Question How to migrate a domain with its specific version of php.ini

I am encountering a problem in migrating a domain, it seems that plesk doesn't import my php.ini configurations but sets some generic ones.
Where can I find the log related to the migrations?
Is this an issue that can happen between different OS versions? Like to migrate from a centos6 server to a machine with alma 8?

Domain's php.ini files are located in /var/www/vhosts/system/domain.tld/etc/php.ini and should be migrated without any changes.
