You can obtain list of all enabled domains with following SQL query in Plesk database:

mysql> select name from domains where status=0;

and for disabled domains:

mysql> select name from domains where status=16;

Hello
mysql> use psa
mysql> mysql> select name from domains where status=0;

Works great but

mysql> use psa
mysql> select name from domains where status=16;
Empty set (0.00 sec)

don't work :(

What is your Plesk version? You can just temporary disable domain and check status of this domain in domains table. Maybe ID was changed. I have checked it on Plesk 12.

mysql -h localhost -u admin -p`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow`
usa psa
select name from domains where status=0; for enabled domains
select name from domains where status=2; for disabled domains

It's ok Thanks you all :)
