How to processed log file

How to processed log files or archive it. So we can able to delete log files from control panel. Currently i am deleting log files by login on server but how can i delete log files without login on server. How can i use control panel for it. What settings i require to do it for it. Help me.

In domain properties, goto "Manage log files" -> "Log rotation" -> "Maximum number of log files: 1" (1 if you want to have only log file from current month)
