I am using Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1,plesk version is 11.0.9.
How i can reinstall plesk using autoinstaller?
I hav downloaded autoinstaller from this link http://www.parallels.com/download/plesk/
but when i open and login by using ai.exe it goes to Install and Update Parallels Products page. There i can see only "add or remove component" and "update component". "install or upgrade product" is shown as disable button.

In this link http://kb.parallels.com/en/532 it is mentioned to uninstall plesk and install it again. So if i uninstall plesk and then install does it cause problem to IIS setting and other settings in plesk So my website will not work?
Does website go down during reinstalling plesk?
Please reply me soon..thank u

In my humble opinion it is much more easily and safely to reinstall Windows an then install fresh Plesk there.

thank u for your reply..But why reinstalling windows and then install fresh plesk is recommended? any reason behind it?

Because uninstalling and then installing Plesk back can lead to unpredictable consequences.

thank you for your reply. But during the reinstall my website will not work. This will be a big problem for me.
So if i do only plesk reinstall does it cause nonavailability of my website for users? during plesk reinstall does my website will be available for use for others?

Why you can't just migrate your sites from broken Plesk to new installed Plesk server?
