• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
    If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

How to remove ALL SSL certificates from client area without leaving ANY behind ?

hariskhan

Basic Pleskian
Hello ALL,

I have made the mistake of adding up one and then a second SSL certificate under the client area in Plesk 11.

On top of that I made the mistake of assigning one of them to a domain under the same subscription. It has a total of 4 domains.

Now, I can't get rid of both of them. I can delete one, but not the remaining one. On trying to remove, plesk gives me the message;

Error: Unable to remove certificates: one or several certificates are assigned to the IP addresses/domains.

This certificate is assigned to no IPs. Just one domain in a subscription that contains a total of 4 domains.

Please! help

Regards,
M. Istehbab
