How to restart IIS every night ?

JTRipper

Regular Pleskian
Due to a buggy code in some .NET pages on one of our servers (Plesk 8.1.1 on win 2k3)
I need to restart the IIS service every night to free up the memory
occupied by the process w3wp.exe.
So I started to use a Task Scheduler of Plesk with:
c:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\bin\websrvmng.exe --restart as the parameter.

It runs OK, but after running the task the Plesk Control Panel on the server does NOT come UP.
After that, from the command line :

cd c:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\bin\websrvmng.exe --status

Is there any other way to restart IIS via Plesk's Task Scheduler ?

Thanks in advance for any advise.

returns "is running" but it is really NOT.

I have to run it manually every morning from the desktop's systray.

Strange, but the same task is running fine on Plesk 7.5.4..

Is there any other way to restart IIS via Plesk's Task Scheduler ?

Thank in advance for any advise.

Jack
