How to restore a backup for plesk windows 9.2.3

I made a backup of a clients on a plesk windows 9.2.3 and I need to transfert it on a plesk linux 9.2.1,
all attempt failed using all kb I found on the forum or on plesk website,

Can we restore a backup form windows to linux, because when I'm looking to the xml file I saw reference to the windows server with the IP.

Hi, I've done all want is in this document but it's seemd that backup done on a windows plesk 9.2.3 can't be restore on a linux plesk 9.2.X

I think that versions of Plesk on both servers should equal. As I see you have version 9.2.3 on Windows and older version 9.2.1 on Linux. So, there are really can be problems with such restoring. Therefore please upgrade Linux version first and try method from http://download1.parallels.com/Plesk/PPP9/Doc/en-US/plesk-9.2-migration-guide/63288.htm#o62694 again. I hope it will help.
