Resolved How to set PHP.INI of APCu

I want to set up APCu. Which PHP.INI should be adjusted?

[Tool&Settings]-[PHP Settings]-[7.1.10 FPM Application]-php.ini.
I did not activate it even if I entered the setting value here.

It was in the php.d directory. When I edited it, the settings were enabled.
