Question How to show How many root in my server

Hello today I made this command to show how many root user in my server
Code:
getent passwd | cut -d : -f 1 | xargs groups

and I find :

ftp : ftp

I'm ask about:
sync : root
shutdown : root
halt : root
operator : root

can you tell me about these users ? I don't made them before!
