• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Resolved How to significantly upgrade MariaDB

Zoo3

Regular Pleskian
Server operating system version
CentOS 7.9
Plesk version and microupdate number
18.0.43
Hi, I'm currently running MariaDB 10.2.44 and I'm considering upgrading to 10.6.x. I would like to know how to upgrade.
Can I upgrade from MariaDB 10.2 to 10.6 all at once? Or should I repeat the upgrade one by one like 10.2 to 10.3 and 10.3 to 10.4?

Thanks,

It's safe to use MariaDB 10.5. It has 3 years of update support, which ends in June 2025

Thanks everyone.
It seems that MariaDB 10.5 is still suitable for the main application I'm running. I will try running on 10.5 for now.

Thanks.
