I have to agree on this one... lightweight, faster, cheaper and - believe it or not - their staff is actually reading official forums and are offering support every time asked, for FREE!
On the other hand, Plesk is more suitable for beginners in hosting business as it offers out-of-the-box product (it will install and configure 3rd party products and hosting services automatically). Also, Plesk has more features in start (anti-spam, hotlink, rdc..).
DNP, on the other hand, offers lifetime updates for free, so it is just a matter of time (and they ARE developing much faster) untill they outrun Plesk.
It's up to each customer to choose which product suits him more, and as for me, I'll rather have few sleepless nights reading DNP manual and configuring everything manually (knowing it will work), than bumping into wall of silence from Plesk support every time some new unexpected bug stirs up our hosting stability.

Hmm, you know, let's wait untill DotNetPanel grows BIG as Plesk then you will see they will also NOT BE ABLE to offer you FREE support or read always the posts on their forums. Plesk is no comparison the best Windows CP on the market. So please don't come here with 3rd part cpanels and try to make plesk look bad.
If you don't like it then go ahead and buy a different panel and stop beeing sarcastic here. Grow up guys.

How about we DO NOT wait and do it with a control panel that already has a huge base? cPanel's forums are terrific source of support and it is only in the event of a new bug in which you must submit a bug report (although even then forums are able to conclude that it IS a new bug and often offer alternative fixes). Even then, support is INCLUDED and does not cost extra.
Take your BS elsewhere. Time to face the facts.

First of all I dont consider DNP as a complete solution.
We've tested nearly all of the web hosting control panels in last two months. and we found Plesk is the best one.
cPanel?
they says cPanel running on a number of different OS. But when I checked supported Operating system, all that I see is Linux. They listed all kind of Linux versions only
I dont consider cPanel is multi OS.
At least for me, Plesk worked!!!...

Currently cPanel isn't multi-OS... but it IS a terrific example of a better support system in comparison to Plesk (which is why it was given as an example in that context... something you apparently missed).
Plesk worked great when we first started... no complaints. As time went on, Plesk became worse and worse and worse. Furthermore, there really is no support to assist in any problems (even if such problems are bugs, you must first pay for support to even get any type of access to support for the bugs).
Overall, Plesk has potential but is currently being killed by the horrible support policy of SWsoft. The company is shooting itself in the foot with its current model and there is little evidence of any change in sight.
