How to update PHP to 5.3.5

Hello I have try update the PHP versions afallowing the instructions here: http://kb.odin.com/6670

But it just no work I've check the permissions but still is not working. the error show is: Internal Server Error

Also I've try contact support witch I have a ticket open since last 2 weeks and no answer yet, and there is no documentation how to do anything in Plesk 10, something is very disapointed at this software.

Please if anyone know how update the Windows Plesk Panel 10 (PHP) to 5.3.5 or any other last version I woull appresite the help.

Interesting, my open ticket doesn't have an "Escalate" button.

Could this be because it is already in Tier-2 support ?

You haven't Escalate button due to your support contract restrictions.
