  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

how to upgrade "clients to resellers" and "domain administrators to customers"

Regular Pleskian
http://kb.odin.com/9436 explains:
Diagnosed situation: "Client has created Domain Administrators for several domains"

Solution:
You have <N> Clients with Domain Administrators defined on more than one domain. After transitions these Clients will have problems, because in Plesk 10 users belonging to a Customer have access to all Customer’s subscriptions.

You will avoid the problem if after upgrade the Clients will be upgraded to Resellers and Domain Administrators to the Customers.

Please explain me how you can upgrade "clients to resellers" and "domain administrators to customers". I've not been able to locate any way to do this in Plesk 10.

This is the answer I got from Parallels through our hosting provider:

After the upgrade of Plesk 9.x to 10. X there is a major difference in the business model. The client accounts become customer accounts, and after upgrade or migration is finished, you need to perform either of the following operations to make sure that the accounts fit in the new business model:

1. Redistribute former clients' resources among the subscriptions belonging to them.

2. Convert customers to resellers and assign the existing subscriptions to them. This can be done if the customer accounts did not belong to a reseller before upgrade or migration.

To complete the transition to the new business model you can follow the steps mentioned in the below mentioned link:
