How to upgrade plesk 7.0 to 7.5

Dear friends,

I am currently using plesk 7.0 with my server. But I am planing to buy and move another server running on plesk 7.5. I have some clients. Is it possible to backup all my clients data (accounts, domains, email account, databases etc) and restore it on 7.5?

Plesk 7.5 has a built in 'Migration' feature to simplify mirating domains from one server to another.
