You choose PMM's forum. PMM is the product for migration hosting data from different Control Panels to the Plesk. Your question is not about migration :).

You might copy data using FTP. Only you should create FTP account in Plesk firstly.

We think prior copy files to Plesk server some folder, when open domain use PLESK API,copy the files to the domain folder, but API don't this method,We think put one php file on server, use this file transfer PLESK COMMAND LINE INTERFACE for copy files,How do it?We can ask who?

Create Domain -> Create FTP Account for this domain -> Using this account copy your file content to necessary domain directory

filemng.exe is the Plesk internal tool.

PMM = Plesk Migration Manager. Look up ( >Plesk 7.5 for Windows Migration Manager > How to use the command line interface ).

There is the PMM forum ... you don't need PMM :)
