You choose PMM's forum. PMM is the product for migration hosting data from different Control Panels to the Plesk. Your question is not about migration .

You might copy data using FTP. Only you should create FTP account in Plesk firstly.

Create Domain -> Create FTP Account for this domain -> Using this account copy your file content to necessary domain directory

filemng.exe is the Plesk internal tool.
