hi folks,

i'm using plesk 8.3.0 under debian etch und works all fine. but i've a problem to update an domain (de-domain, german denic)... the domain robot sais, that the server has the wrong soa syntax:

w> The format of the serial number is not YYYYMMDDnn
=> ns.xxx.de./2xx.xxx.xxx.103

how can i change the format of the soa records in plesk btw. debian!?

thx in advanced ;)

ps: i hope i wrote this in the right forum!?

this question was asked often in this Board, but as far as i know, there is no Workaround. Maybe for the Domain update you can change it manually in the Zonefile. However the used serial Format from Plesk is still valid and in the related RFC the YYYYMMDDnn is a recomendation and not mandatory.
