htaccess access?

Is there a way, or plugin that will create a way, to manage htaccess files directly from Plesk? A previous host I used had this option in their control panel, and I found it to be exceptionally convenient. A simple text box allowed the admin to enter, view, and edit all usernames and passwords.

I'd like to be able to offer something similar to our customers.
