    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS.

I'm a noob so excuse me if this is obvious but is http compression built-in to Plesk 8.1? If not, how are others implementing compression (purchasing add-on software? what do you recommend?)
