As logging into all websites, it is required to have users and passwords. As accessing website Parallels Panel 10.4 on server, there is the indication of the following error:

HTTP Error 500.0 - Internal Server Error
C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin\php-cgi.exe - The FastCGI process exited unexpectedly

I have a very similar problem. I wonder if there was something in the last update that caused this?
 
Looks like that this server has insufficient memory. Consider possibility for increasing the amount of RAM on the server.
