HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error

I am getting HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error on my domain

Handler Not yet determined
Error Code 0x80070005
Config Error Cannot read configuration file due to insufficient permissions

i am using plesk 12.0.18

Please help.

Try to fix and repair correct permissions with command like

C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\plesk\admin\bin>reconfigurator.exe /check-permissions=domain.tld

I am using NETWORK SERVICE as application pool.

solved. i just applied a NETWORK SERVICE permissions to httpdocs directory. Thanks for reply Igorg
