HTTP Error 503 after micro updates

Guys, I've got another issue,
In the last general updates to 10.4.4 I've had PHP safe mode issue, now I perform micro updates and I am no longer able to connect to my control Panel!

Service Unavailable

HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.

Any ideas how to fix it?

Application pool PleskControlPanel has been disabled. Windows Process Activation Service (WAS) encountered a failure when it started a worker process to serve the application pool.

I re-started again but has been disabled strait away.

Ignore it, I run PP Reconfigurator and now works.
