HTTP Response Header

Folks
I am asked by my web sw developers that I need
HTTP Response Header Connection to be Keep Alive and not Close
Can anyone help
if it is a plesk issue or my isp host issue or just that of the apache configuration issue
if so what and where do I need to change the parameter

See http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.0/mod/core.html#keepalive You can change KeepAlive from off to on in httpd.conf or you can set this just for the vhost of the client that requested it. See Including Directives into Web Server Configuration File in the docs for changing Apache settings for a domain.
