Hi all,

I was having trouble getting settings i added to a vhost.conf to take effect.

I did a quick google search and found some swsoft kb articles saying that this commend should be issued after any changes:
/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/websrvmng -v -a

it gave an error saying the webserver could not restart, restarting it form the plesk control panel also gave errors, so I tried apache2ctl restart, it gave this error;

httpd2: wildcard patterns not allowed in Include /srv/www/vhosts/*/conf/httpd.include

I commented that line out in /etc/apache2/httpd.conf

The webserver then started fine.

My question is; Is this line suppossed to be there with the "*" in it, is this something that plesk puts in there or expects it to be there?

Include /srv/www/vhosts/*/conf/httpd.include

Should I just leave it commented out.

The server is running Plesk 8.0
Suse Linux 10

Thanks!
