Resolved https is unsecured for :8443

Hi, I installed letsencrypt extension, and turned on for domain ex4.info and for domain it works



but when I open plesk's page it is not secured


How to se to work also for that port?

In Plesk 12.5.30:
GUI > Tools & Settings > SSL/TLS Certificates > Add the certificate > Click "Secure Plesk" and "Use as default" for it.

In Plesk Onyx:
GUI > Tools & Settings > SSL/TLS Certificates > Add the certificate > Click "Make Default" > Click "Certificate for securing Plesk" and "Certificate for securing mail" and select that certificate for it.

I understand how to install cert but how to use plesk's letsencrypt extension for securing Plesk?

I have already installed letsencrypt SSL for domain ex4.info
Do I need just to copy keys it in that section you mentioned

It is something that many users are asking for, but at the moment, there is not official, easy-to-use solution to secure the Plesk host by a Let's Encrypt certificate. You can use the Let's Encrypt client of the console to generate a certificate and then install that cert manually into Plesk, but it requires some in-depth knowledge. Maybe waiting on the official solution is easier? For Q2 2017 Plesk had announced that they are planning a big update for Let's Encrypt interface, so we can hope that this will include a solution to protect the panel by a cert, too.
