httpsdocs.bak question

Hey guys.. When I first made my primary account for my website with plesk I set the option

Use a single directory for housing SSL and non-SSL content to OFF as in UNCHECKED.. However when I installed my geotrust cert the files in the httpdocs folder weren't able to be found by going to https:// because they weren't in the file nor were they symlinked in Apache. However I just figured out how to get this working by simple checking the check under USE SINGLE directory in hosting setup.

Everything is working. I noticed that whatever file I put in httpdocs is also linked to httpsdocs however there is also a folder called httpsdocs.bak which seems to include all the default stuff in the original httpsdocs folder. Is this folder always in the root even if you initially setup hosting with USE SINGLE directory checked? Im starting to think if its worth deleting my whole hosting account and make a new one to make sure everything is perfect with no residual files. Is worth it? I want to be sure everything is cleanly installed. Also if you delete an existing client and domain is it a CLEAN Delete? Does it log the old files on the server? Or is everything gone completely? Thanks guys
