i cant find reseller option in menu plesk 12. where activate that option?

Thanks , indeed had the pro version , the problem is there and I have clients that need upgrading to web hosting , is there any way to do this without losing data ?

I think you can upgrade to other plesk version without lose data. Ask to your server provider, maybe is better
