Issue I can login to Email Clients using IMAP but emails won't get displayed

Hello everyone!

I have a dedicated server with 30 websites. All domains are working fine, except the one domain name which is unable to login to email clients. The website is running under CloudFlare, but checking again the DNS, all look good.

The problem: I can login fine with all the domain's emails to any Email Client, but email messages are not get displayed.

I get no errors to work with, and for some reason I am sure it's wrong settings in Plesk, but I just can't find which one. Any help would be much appreciated!
 
Have you verified that the document root path for IMAP is set correctly to "INBOX" in your mail clients?
